But has the popularity of palm oil grown at a price? What are the costs to the planet and human health for those using palm oil? A versatile product with uses that range from cooking oil to cosmetics; palm oil has found new popularity as natural solution to the problem of trans-fats, which have been shown to seriously damage human health.
