Snowdonia in north Wales hosts the 2015 World Mountain Running Championships, where physical fitness, bravery, speed and agility are all put to the test in this elite international competition. A week-long festival of running also includes junior, masters and community events. Ned Boulting presents, with commentary by Patrick Winterton.
